Service information
Product scope and subscription terms for the first CompanyGuard release.
Owner-reviewed launch version. Effective 3 August 2026.
Seller and contact
CompanyGuard is a trading name of Elixon LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11639021. Its registered office is 51 Roundmead, Bedford, United Kingdom, MK41 9HY. Contact support@companyguard.uk for service, billing, cancellation or complaint enquiries.
What the service does
CompanyGuard displays public Companies House information, highlights dates and changes, and prepares monitoring reminders for accounting practices.
What the service does not do
CompanyGuard does not file documents and does not provide legal or accounting advice. It does not act on behalf of a company or accounting practice.
No guaranteed outcome
CompanyGuard does not guarantee compliance and does not guarantee that a penalty will be avoided. Source delays, errors and changes can affect displayed information.
Your verification remains required
Verify information and deadlines before acting. Use the original Companies House source and obtain qualified professional advice where required.
Business customers only
CompanyGuard is offered to accounting practices and other business customers acting for purposes connected with their trade, business, craft or profession. The person creating and paying for a subscription must have authority to bind that business.
Plans and prices
The monthly plans are Starter at £29 for up to 25 monitored companies, Growth at £59 for up to 100, and Scale at £99 for up to 500. These are the total prices charged. Elixon LTD is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added.
A subscription starts only after Stripe confirms payment. It renews monthly using the saved payment method until cancelled. The selected price, billing interval and payment obligation must be shown again in Stripe before the order is placed.
How the contract is made
Before paying, the authorised owner must be shown the selected plan, total monthly price, recurring payment obligation, cancellation route and links to these terms and the privacy notice. The owner accepts these terms in Stripe Checkout. The contract starts only when Stripe confirms the first payment. CompanyGuard stores the provider event as payment evidence and does not treat registration, a demo or an unpaid result as a sale.
Cancellation and refunds
An authorised account owner may cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and the service remains available until then unless access must be restricted for security, unlawful use or non-payment.
Refund requests are reviewed individually through support@companyguard.uk. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate account and billing information, keep sign-in and two-factor credentials secure, give access only to authorised users, use notification recipients lawfully, and verify source information before relying on it. CompanyGuard must not be used unlawfully or to interfere with the service or another tenant.
Availability and support
Elixon LTD will use reasonable care and skill to provide the service. Availability can be interrupted for maintenance, security work, supplier outages or events outside reasonable control. Current service status and affected-process notices are shown in the product. Support requests can be sent to support@companyguard.uk.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This owner-reviewed launch version does not impose a separate monetary liability cap. Other liability is determined under applicable law, taking account of the stated service scope, customer verification duties and information available from the original public source.
Changes to the service or these terms
Elixon LTD may make changes needed for security, law, supplier changes or product improvement. Customers will receive reasonable advance notice of material changes by email or in the service. A price increase applies only to a later billing period after advance notice. If a material change is unacceptable, the owner may cancel before it takes effect. The effective date on this page identifies the version accepted at checkout.
Governing law and disputes
These business terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact support@companyguard.uk first so Elixon LTD can investigate and try to resolve the issue.
Review status
The owner approved this UK business-to-business launch version under reference owner-legal-review-2026-08-03. This is not a solicitor's opinion. An independent solicitor review becomes due after the first real revenue, and material findings will be applied before further expansion.
